Privacy Policy

Last updated June 20, 2026

Leod (“Leod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides address-first real estate deal-analysis software at leod.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using Leod, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information we gather automatically as you use Leod.

  • Account and contact details — your name, email address, phone number, password, and the role you select (for example, wholesaler, flipper, agent, or investor).
  • Deal inputs — the property addresses and parameters you enter to generate comparable sales, ARV ranges, repair estimates, and offers.
  • Waitlist information — your email, phone, and role when you request early access.
  • Billing details — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.

We also collect certain information automatically:

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Advertising and attribution identifiers — when you arrive from an ad, we may collect click identifiers and cookies (for example, Meta’s fbp, fbc, and fbclid), UTM parameters, and a hashed IP address to measure advertising performance.
  • Generated analysis — the comparable sales, valuations, and reports produced from the addresses you analyze.

2.How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the product — generating comps, ARV ranges, repair estimates, maximum offers, and shareable reports.
  • Create and manage your account, and process payments and subscriptions.
  • Send transactional and service messages, including waitlist invitations and account notices; with your consent, occasional product updates.
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Mapbox (maps), Vercel (hosting and delivery), Meta / Facebook (advertising and conversion measurement), and Cloudflare (bot and abuse protection).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Leod, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4.Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and measure advertising (including the Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

5.Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights and choices”).

6.Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and row-level access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

7.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing or targeted advertising. California residents may exercise “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” rights. To make a request, email us at support@leod.ai — we may need to verify your identity before acting.

8.Children’s privacy

Leod is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@leod.ai and we will delete it.

9.Third-party links and services

Our product and communications may link to third-party websites and services that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

10.International users

Leod is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. If you access Leod from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of Leod after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12.Contact us
